Handling time;

  • Order with no custom laser etching are packed and shipped within 1 business day.
  • Order with custom laser engraving are packed and shipped within 2 business day.

All button and light are tested before shipping.

Shipping;

  • Shipping is 15$ Flat Rate for Canada and the United States. Order of 150$+ ships for free. Expedited shipping available for USA customer.
  • All package are tracked. Shipping is done via Canada Post / Usps.

Canadian Resident:

Your package will be shipped using Canada Post Expedited Parcel, 2-4 days delivery. All items are taxable.

Usa Resident:

Your package will be shipped using Canada Post/Usps. Flat Rate is Tracked Air Mail with 5-8 days delivery. Expedited Parcel is 20$, 4-6 days delivery. No tax.

International Customer;

We have been getting so many request for shipping quote from international customer that we added shipping options for United Kingdom, Finland, Netherlands, Sweden, Germany Australia and Norway. While we always favor tracked parcel the choice is always up to you.

Lost or Damaged Item;

We stand behind our product and won’t leave you stranded. Although we are very good at shipping stuff much heavier than these, shit does happen.

Here’s what you need to know;

Canada:

All order are tracked and insured for their full value. If your item get lost in transit, we will claim it with the carrier and send you a replacement order. If you receive a box with physical damage, send us a picture of the damage and we will replace what is unuseable.

Usa: 

Order shipped using the Flat Rate option is tracked but uninsured. Lost item can’t be replaced for free.

Order shipped using the Expedited option is tracked AND fully insured. It is suggested to use the Expedited method which will cover 100% of the order value if you don’t trust your local USPS division. Lost parcel is way below 1% rate so the choice is up to you.

All order of 150$+ are shipped using the Expedited option and are insured for their full value. If your item get lost in transit, we will claim it with the carrier and send you a replacement order.
