Here you can order blank 16mm push buttons with LED or you can opt for a custom laser etched option. If you choose to have them laser etched you can put text or a logo/symbol in the middle only. Would you have any special instruction or request, you will be able to enter them separate. If we have any question we will get in touch with you before doing any etching. These buttons comes with a pigtail connector for easy wiring and feature a replaceable micro switch. They have a raised concave top so they are easy to press in. What’s more? The LED are not polarity sensitive; they can’t be wired backward!
Custom text;
The 16mm button only have a 10mm (3/8″) middle surface area to engrave, they are small! Text is limited to 5 character per line and a maximum of 2 line. If you still choose to have more than 5 character or go with 2 line, the character will get really small and it will be difficult to read. Because of the limited area it is also needed to use only capital letter. Due to their design we can’t add text on the outer part of this button.
Custom Graphic;
We will gladly etch your custom logo but you need to provide us with a black and white image as we can’t process and trace colored image. The button will be etched where your graphic is black unless otherwise stated. Due to the size of the 16mm button it is advisable not going too crazy on the details for best result. We can work with most format; JPG, PNG, SVG, DXF, PLT. Make sure you have legal rights and permission to use the file you upload to us and that it is not under any copyright. If you want a logo we offer on another button size, just send us the product link in the “Special Instruction” field.
LED;
These buttons comes with 5 different LED color choice. The LED have independant pin on the button; they can be wired to light with your parking light, when you press the button or just about any configuration you can think of. If you are unsure about which pin does what, take a look at the wiring diagram page.
