- Orders are generally processed within one working day except during holiday (2 days for custom laser etching)
- Payments are accepted by Paypal only. All prices in US Dollar, please check applicable exchange rate
- Refunds/returns will only be issued for defective items or items that have not been installed. Please do not send anything back without first contacting us. If you are returning an item for some other reason, you will be responsible for shipping it back safely to us. All button and light are tested before shipping and comes with a 6 month warranty. - Shipping to Canada is done via Canada Post Expedited parcel and are insured for the full value. Shipping to USA is via USPS Tracked Air Mail and Expedited Parcel and fully insured for Expedited Parcel. More details on the shipping page
- Local pick-up is welcome in the Sherbrooke Qc area, please contact me so we can meet up at your convenience
- Backorders are not accepted. You can click and get notified when the product is back in stock
- Custom button is NOT refundable. If there is an issue we will certainly find a solution
- Canceled orders/refused delivery. Customers will be charged an appropriate amount to cover our losses in these events. In the case of custom orders you will likely be 100% responsible for the cost of these items
